3 cups each of toasted, crushed pistachios, almonds, pine nuts
1t each of ground cardomon, cinnamon, star anise, clove
1 c honey
12 whole organic eggs
1 1/2 c white sugar
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs till homogenized, add sugar, then honey, then nuts and spices till totally incorporated.
Prepare two tart pans with butter and flour, chill to set. Pour filling into two tarts, then bake @ 375 for 25 minutes or until center is firm and straw comes away clean. Serve a slice w/ creme fraiche & adrizzle of honey.
